The InvestLife Pte Ltd. investment consulting company is active since January 1998, with an issued capital of 25 million HUF.

The founders were Dr. Ferenc Boródi with 20% and the Euroinvest Ltd. Co. with 80%. The latter company is a flagship of the internationally known investment specialist, Mr Sándor Demján’s group of companies, in which Dr. Ferenc Boródi has been working as CEO for seven years. In December 1998, the Image Consulting and Marketing Ltd. bought the 80% parcel of shares of the financial investor Euroinvest Ltd. Co.

The company’s owners have retained the generated profits every year, so that the owner’s equity makes out 148 million HUF at the moment.
